The daily cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2:00 PM (U.S. local time). Orders paid and approved before 2:00 PM are prioritized for same-day processing; orders placed after 2:00 PM, pending review, or containing irregular information will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Transit Time
Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our official logistics partner for delivery. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days; delivery to remote areas may take longer. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed against uncontrollable factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or logistics system fluctuations.
4. Shipping Fee Policy
All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping; there are no hidden delivery, packaging, or logistics surcharges.

This delivery service covers the United States only; we do not currently support shipping to overseas locations, international destinations, or U.S. territories.
6. Logistics Partners and Delivery Details
Our default logistics partner is UPS. All orders are delivered via UPS Standard service, ensuring reliable transport and predictable delivery times, with real-time tracking available throughout the process.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. If you contact customer service to cancel before the order is packed and shipped, we will issue a full refund without any processing or handling fees.
Once an order has been dispatched and picked up by the carrier, direct cancellation is no longer possible. If a return or exchange is required, you must follow the store's standard return and refund procedures in accordance with our after-sales policies.
8. Logistics Order Tracking
Once an order has been successfully shipped, the system automatically sends a shipment confirmation email to the customer's registered email address. This email includes a unique tracking number, allowing for real-time monitoring of the package's transit status and location.
Registered customers can log in to their accounts to view logistics progress, delivery records, and processing details in the Order Center. Unregistered users can track their shipments independently via the logistics tracking portal on the official website by entering their order number and the email address used to place the order.
If you do not receive a tracking number or shipment confirmation email within three business days of dispatch, please contact customer service promptly to verify the shipment status and prevent any potential delays or issues with the delivery.
